Food is necessary for life, but at the same time
improvement in taste and variation in food, gain in weight become a problem. In
these days life become so busy that it is very difficult to get time for exercise
and caring for our self. Stressful life and fast food eating habit to satisfy
ones aptitude resulting in gain in weight and less activity increasing the belly
size. All this leads to the invitation to many diseases like heart disease,
strokes, diabetes, cancer, depression and many more. If you do not relies all
this in time then surely you are going in big problem. So in this article I am
simply going to tell you how you can manage you weight gain easily and
effectively.
Strong determination
No doubt humans doing progress in every sector but
at the same time it is also true that they are very lazy. If you want to
control the weight, you have to be consistent for your daily rules. Strong determination
is the way of success in any matter in life. A man needs approx. 2500 kcal per
day, so you have to strict to this figure. You should know about your food that
what and how much are you eating. In this article I am not going to restrict
you from any food, instead of this I am allow you to eat whatever you like to
eat but it should be in limited quantity and another thing is that don’t eat
same things day by day. Change your food every day.
Morning food
As soon as you get up early in the morning, drink lukewarm water. Go for light exercise
(don’t go for heavy one, be careful: the article is not for those who wants to
go for body building). Dry nuts are must in the morning as they contains
essential fatty acids, minerals etc. Take bath, meditate for ten minutes and
slowly increase it as much as you can. Lemon tea or lemon juice is ideal one to
reduce the weight. In breakfast take fibrous food, eat fruit and drinking milk
with light sugar or no sugar is must. Boiled vegetables, toast without butter
and chapatti are ideal food for
morning. Don’t take prantha, rice and
juice (better to eat fruit than drinking juice).
Lunch
Lunch may be heavy, you can eat anything what you
like. Caution is here that don’t eat too much. If you want to eat rice then
first eat one or two chapatties and after
that take rice. Don’t drink water during your lunch. After half and hour you
may have water. Drink water sip by sip. If you like to eat fast food than there
should be a gap of three days between two fast foods. Don’t strict to single
food every day, change your food daily. Eat light sallet and a fruit. Your lunch should be less spicy and salty.
Evening food
In the evening you may have very light food, if you
think. A cup of tea without milk, biscuits etc are ideal food for evening. A
light evening walk is good for health. Evening food with light music or reading
with a novel is best one for life. If you have playing habit of lawn tennis or
badminton than energy drink is must as there is loss of too much energy during
playing.
Dinner
Dinner is most precautious. Heavy sallets including
some sprouts can be ideal for dinner. Eat as much as less you can eat in the
night. Night food should not be stressful. It should be pleasant. Drink lots of
water. You should have 2 to 3 litters of water in whole day and at least 8
hours stress free sleep. Avoid too much drinking and smoking and also avoid a
long watching TV and smartphone handling.
